eleven (ten one, since 11 = 10 + 1)
twelve (ten-two, since 12 = 10 + 2)
etc.

b) for 20, 30, ... , 90 :

twenty (two ten : 20 = 2 * 10)
thirty (three ten : 30 = 3 * 10)
etc.

c) from 21,22..31 to 99 :

forty-one (four ten one: 41 = 40 + 1)
fifty-five (five ten five: 55 = 55 + 5)
